Refund policy

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of customer's receipt. Any damage must be documented via photograph and emailed to DoodadsDesignsandMore@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. Refund or replacement will be issued once item is received by Doodads, Designs & More.

For personalized items, item may be returned within 30 days of receipt IF DAMAGED and documentation photograph sent to DoodadsDesignsandMore@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt, OR a partial refund may be requested if customer decides to keep damaged item.
